Pembertons Food Workshop Sydney


In the April school holidays I enrolled in Pembertons Food Workshop Sydney at Chatswood, Sydney. It was a three day cooking experience that introduced me to Italian cooking and some healthy new recipes that were yummy and nutritous.

On Day one we made Buttermilk country biscuits with ham and date and apple slice. On day two we made free range chicken breast cooked in a bag and vegetarian lasagne. On day three we made light and lemony cheesecake and little raspberry and chocolate little cakes. I loved the little raspberry and chocolate little cakes the best. I enjoyed making the food.

I recommend these cooking classes. The cottage is very close to Chatswood station and there is adequate parking for families travelling by car. Sydney Pemberton is a wonderful teacher and has a great helper called Vicky.
